If you’ve determined to get rid of a few extra pounds then you’ve probably made some kind of exercise plan. Maybe you’re new to exercising or you haven’t exercised in a while? Sometimes it can seem a bit too much and even a little bit scary… not to worry, there’s a simple way to get back into exercise: walking! You need to incorporate walking into your exercise routine if you haven’t already done so.

There are lots of ways to fit walking into your daily schedule. You and your dog can both exercise by walking around your vicinity.
